Concert Series Presenting Sponsor - $7500

This gift supports our annual operating budget

• Naming rights for the season, for all concerts

• Live promotion of your company in opening and closing announcements

• Your company’s logo or name on all printed materials and signage, including programs

Concert Sponsor - $1000

This gift supports expenses associated with one concert

Equipment Sponsor - $750

This gift supports expenses associated with the purchase of new equipment for the band. Currently we are looking to purchase a Vibraphone ($3,750) and Tom-Toms ($1,150).

 

The Percussion Section is the heartbeat of the band. A vibraphone is a musical percussion instrument that looks similar to a xylophone, but features tuned metal bars and an electric motor that creates a vibrating or pulsing sound.

A Tom-Tom drum is a cylindrical percussion instrument with no snares. It produces an open, resonant sound when struck with sticks and is used in Jazz, Latin-Fusion, Classical and Theatre and adds a unique dimension and character to compositions.

Music Sponsor - $500

This gift supports expenses associated with the purchase of music. Each piece of music includes a Conductor's Score and all the associated instrumental parts. The average cost for a single piece of music is $100. Your gift supports the organization by allowing us to purchase new music.
