As a member of the CCB (Clearwater Community Bands) there is an annual registration/enrollment form as well as an enrollment fee of $25. 

Please complete the form, make a copy and bring it with you to your first rehearsal with the enrollment fee ($25).

Give the form to the CCB President (Cindy Bartz - Clarinetist) and give your payment to the Treasurer (Chris Palazzolo - Oboeist).

The form is important. CCB is part of the Life Long Learning program at SPC. As a CCB musician you are enrolled in this SPC program.
